Nail Appointment Policy
Please take a moment to review my policies. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
Policy 01
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit entirely, and a new deposit will be required to rebook any future appointment.
Policy 02
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 20-minute grace period is offered to accommodate unexpected delays.
Arriving 20 minutes or more past your appointment time will result in cancellation of your service, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Policy 03
Free Repairs
Complimentary repairs are offered for any chips, cracks, or breaks within 7 days of your original appointment.
Please contact me first before coming in or attempting any DIY repair. All repairs must be discussed and approved prior to scheduling. Repairs requested after 7 days may incur a fee.
Policy 04
No Refunds
All nail services are considered final sale. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
